Ki Gifts and Custom Framing
opened on September 1, 2006
to give the people of downtown
and midtown Sacramento,
California a place to find unique
gifts at reasonable prices, and
a place to bring your artwork,
certificates and proclamations
to be framed. We are an easy
walk from the State Capitol,
located on the outside of the
Department of Education
Building on 14th Street,
between N and O Streets.
About the name: Ki Gifts and
Custom Framing. Ki is a Japanese
term for "life's energy" . It is
very similar to Chinese Chi (Qi),
and comes from my Aikido
practice. I have been practicing
Aikido at The Aikido Center for
over 8 years. My store is a
peaceful space for people to come
in, catch their breath, browse
around, and find something for
someone or, best of all, for
themselves.
